OMG These people are so dumb. They are using the incorrect drill bit. Apple are an American company, therefore they use Imperial instead of Metric. Which means the nearest equivalent is a 9/64. That should solve the problem.

Instructions (after you've made the jack) : Grab your phone, dip it in warm water for about 3 - 5 seconds, then use a lighter to dry the headphone jack to warm it. Enjoy.
